Outlook Level 1-Basic

This course covers the basic functions and features of Outlook 2010 and it ribbon style interface. Covering topics such as creating, reading, replying, forwarding, attachments, configuring, formatting, managing, and sending e-mail messages. Students learn to use searches and folders. Students will also learn to create and manage contacts, create distribution groups and change views. The People Pane is introduced. Creation of Task are covered. With the calendar feature students learn to create appointments, recurring appointments, to share, and print calendars. Finally, they will learn to send and respond to meeting requests.
