Capital Business Machines' award-winning Service Department is the foundation of our successful business. Staffed with industry-certified Service Technicians, we offer our customers the best value in equipment Maintenance Agreements and Network Service
Agreements.

With over 3,000 active accounts, the Service Department is CBM’s hub of fast-paced activity. Dispatchers control the customer service job log via a computerized dispatching system and manage over 20 factory-trained and certified Technicians. CBM proudly maintains an average call response of 4 hours or less to our customers!

Operated by third generation brothers, Capital Business Machines, Inc., continues to explore and develop its original mission, "provide quality products at fair prices" for
clients in the local Thurston, Mason and Lewis county area.

At our computerized Dispatch Center, we receive your service request and schedule a Technician to arrive at your business. We're one of a handful of Pacific Northwest
companies who provide satellite laptop computers to our Techs, so they know your machine's service history and can order the parts you need in real-time.

We offer a variety of equipment maintenance agreements to help our clients maintain their valuable business machines, ensuring a four-hour service response time and regular service check-ups.

Network Service Agreements
Computers and networks are finicky! Our Network Service Agreements guarantee responsiveness and remote monitoring by our Certified Novell Engineers and Microsoft
Certified Systems Engineers.
